Japan In The 1950's By Herb Gouldon

Neil Hunter Raiford writes about him in his book: Shadow: a Cottontail bomber crew in World War II.
"Herb and Fay rented a house in nearby Ft. Lauderdale. Herb had a great schedule while stationed in Boca Raton. He was scheduled to fly every other day from 0600 to 1200. He and Fay spent a lot of time on the beach. On October 25, 1945, Herb received an honorrable discharge at Griener Field in Manchester, New Hampshire. He then transferred to the reserves."
