Villa North Island follows similar design to Villas 1–10, but on a much grander scale. The Villa is set across two floors, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining space, large exterior decking with comfortable seating, plunge pool and sala.
- Staff accommodation
On North Island, there is also accommodation for Staff who are on the island at all times. This is located near the centre the island, and is out bounds for guests.
